I was introduced to the importance of wellness and healthy lifestyle when working at Metagenics. My job was to sell supplements to doctor offices, but I spent the majority of the time educating doctors on the use of supplementation as a way to treat and prevent chronic ailments. I would also advise on how to help patients make healthy eating and lifestyle changes. This experience opened my eyes to a world full of environmental toxicity and health disfunction. I knew I wanted to live my life a different way. It was my personal trainer in Illinois that suggested I compete. After moving to Colorado and finding my current trainers at Team Bodyvisions I realize how much I enjoyed pushing my body to the limit. I find competing to be personally rewarding. It brings all the components of energy consumption (eating), movement, supplementation and genetics together into one synergistic whole, visually represented as the body. All components are constantly being tweaked and honed in an effort to better ones self (always improving, always pushing closer to a greater goal). I started off as an NPC Bikini competitor in 2013 and realized my true potential is in the NPC Figure division. The change paid off as I won 1st place and became nationally qualified in 2014. I received my Pro Card after my 2nd national show in 2015 and now I'm looking forward to the challenges the Pro stage brings. I hope to one day grace the Olympia stage but am simply enjoying living this life and the people I interact with every day.  Learn more about Sharon at www.sharonbraso.com

 

Before becoming a bodybuilder and a personal trainer, Brian played collegiate and professional basketball for 6 years. He led his team in scoring for multiple seasons and was one of the best guards of his class. After his basketball days were up, he started training high school and collegiate athletes in both weight training and in basketball. 

Brian began his bodybuilding career in 2014 when he stepped on stage for the first time at the Warrior Classic and won the Overall title in the Men’s Physique division, qualifying him for a national level competition.   Brian spent the next year preparing for his debut on the National stage where he walked away with his IFBB Pro Card in Men’s Physique!
